Tried logging in with local admin (Administrator) credentials, however it throwed the same error which I felt worried about. Doubt, why it is throwing error with local creds as well.
Later, I tried to reset the local admin password from other computer and did able to login finally.
After I login to the server, very first step I tried gupdate / force command to update group policy by any chance not properly updated. However, that got failed.
Now I tried dis-join and re-join from the domain controller which helped to solve the issue. Later I took a reboot and then ran the gpupdate / force command which was successful and fixed.
