This kind of backup errors usually comes up when it is tried to take backup of a specific folder or file which is not available at the said location.
The issue was with invalid path while system state backup was taking backup of system registry
Key : HKLM\CCS\services\PDFPROFiltSRV
As soon as we deleted this file and took backup, it worked fine.
It means the above said Registry key and the path is not available hence the the backup got failed.
